The Value of Sound Healing

Sound therapy is a natural approach to health and wellness that treats the person as a whole, instead of addressing only the symptoms of a particular illness or condition.

Sound healing, also known as a sound bath, balances the body’s energy centers and easily activates deep relaxation. By reducing stress, sound healing helps the receiver to tap into their connection with higher self and the energy of the universe.

By quieting mind chatter and feeling/hearing the resonant sounds, treatment recipients experience a stronger sense of peace and clarity. This can be very useful in times of business, stress or anytime you are looking for answers and direction in life.

When done in a group, sound baths can provide a great sense of community connection. The shared experience is beneficial for everyone’s mental and emotional wellbeing and the energy is strong because everyone is radiating their personal energy at a higher level within a group. It’s also rewarding to hear how others felt during the short share session afterward.
